Leadership Built on Experience
With over 15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and operational management, our Managing Partner brings a wealth of expertise across diverse industries—from agriculture and hospitality to luxury retail and manufacturing.
Currently serving as Managing Partner at AT&A Consultancy and Finance Consultant at Zuri Luxury Group Ltd, he oversees the financial strategy and operations of multiple entities. His leadership has introduced robust financial reporting systems, cross-functional dashboards, and improved audit and compliance processes across the group.
He has worked as a Financial Controller at MR Roof Ltd, Accounting Manager at Bella Flowers Ltd (one of Rwanda's largest exporters of cut flowers), and held Accountant role at Mount Meru Soyco, Avalon Rwanda, and Hotel Les Pyrénées. His experience spans international transactions, complex tax structures, and agricultural finance.
A qualified CPA (K) and member of Institute of Certified Accountants of Rwanda(ICPAR) with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, he is highly proficient in leading accounting systems such as Sage Evolution, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally ERP 9, Odoo and SAP. His approach is hands-on, detail-oriented, and always focused on building systems that support transparency, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
